Damon Wallace joined Rivo Holdings in 2012. In addition to overseeing Rivo’s Compliance Department, he is responsible for training, onboarding new hires, and managing the Quality Assurance Department. Before joining Rivo Holdings, Damon worked for Chase and Bank of America, where he managed the company’s Online Banking Contact Centers for the west coast.
Damon is a strong advocate of Servant Leadership and is a certified trainer for “The Great Game of Business”. His open-book management style is built on the principles of employee empowerment and education, which helps people understand why decisions are made that impact the business and encourages employees to “think like an owner” when approaching their responsibilities.
Damon currently resides in San Diego, but he has also called cities like Chicago, San Francisco, Honolulu, and New York City his home. In his spare time, Damon enjoys writing, which stems from his studies at Columbia College Chicago, where he majored in Creative Writing.
